Payment methods
Below we detail the payment methods accepted on the website. José Luis Joyerías will issue the corresponding invoice, which will be delivered together with the products purchased. All payments will be made in Euros.
VISA OR MASTERCARD CARDS
José Luis Joyerías guarantees that each of the transactions carried out on the website is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
BIZUM
You can use Bizum to pay for your purchases. To use the payment with Bizum, enter the phone number and the password associated with the service. If you still do not have the Bizum key, you can request it in your bank's APP. You will receive a confirmation code by SMS that you must enter in the payment window before completing the payment.
PAYPAL
You can use your PayPal account to make payments on our website, taking into account the characteristics of this payment system (www.paypal.com) and the following aspects to comply with:
- All the data in your PayPal account and all the data you use to make the purchase on our website must match, except in cases where the collection is in a physical store.
- If you still use different data (different email, different delivery address, “gift through the website” service), the purchase will be made normally and we will immediately proceed to cancel it and return the amount to the PayPal system, complying with the protection policy of this medium. PayPal will confirm this cancellation and refund via message in your private account and will indicate when it will return the amount to your bank account.
The return policy with the PayPal method is the same as with any other online purchase, with another payment method. Check the exchanges and returns section. We remind you that:
- In the event of returning items by post, having used PayPal as a payment method, José Luis Joyerías will issue the refund of the amount to PayPal, not being responsible for the time it takes to deposit the amount from PayPal to your bank account. Likewise, we remind you that you will have to bear the shipping costs for returning the items. Product changes are not allowed.
- In the event of returning items to one of our physical stores, having used PayPal as a payment method, José Luis Joyerías will issue the refund of the amount via PayPal, not being responsible for the time it takes to deposit the amount from PayPal to your bank account. You will not be able to make changes in this case either.
PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITH APLÁZAME
You can make your purchases with payment in installments through the external financial institution of Aplázame. At José Luis Joyerías we offer the option of financing purchases through Aplázame. You will be able to pay monthly installments for an order greater than 150 euros with this payment method. When applying for credit you can select the number of payment installments. The Aplázame entity will request the identity document and it will be valid exclusively for purchases made with cards issued in Spain.
