Returns and exchanges
In our customer service department we have an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 15 days to return it or 30 days to exchange it, from the date of delivery of the item.
PROCESS CHANGES AND RETURNS
You have 15 days to proceed with the return from the date of delivery of the item and a period of 30 days for changes from the date of delivery of the item.
The easiest way to make a change or return is to go to our physical stores in Spain You can consult the directory by clicking on the following link.
You can also send the item to our facilities by agency, assuming the customer with the return costs. You will find the address of our facilities on your purchase invoice.
It is not allowed to make changes through the online store, you will have to return the item and make a new online purchase.
OUTLET stores do not accept exchanges or returns from other stores or the online store.
It is very important that exchange or return items are adequately wrapped.

PROCESS RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within a period of 14 days from the delivery of the item. The reimbursement procedure is applied with the same provisions as for the case of return.

REFUND
Once we receive the item(s) in our warehouses and check their condition, José Luis Joyerías will accept the return of the item, proceeding to refund the order amount paid, including the initial shipping costs, and within a maximum period of 14 days from when We received the notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment procedure chosen by the client when making the purchase.
Changes or returns of engraved, personalized items or special number orders, such as wedding bands, will not be accepted.
In the event of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
