1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Welcome to the Benefits Programme of JOYERIAS JOSE LUIS, S.L, company with VAT number ESB15052277 and registered office at Calle Parroquia de Moruxo, Parcela B-41, 15165 - Bergondo, A Coruña, Spain. By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Membership of the JL Club programme is free of charge and no initial purchase is required to become a member.
1.3 As a member of the JL Club programme you will enjoy a range of personalised services and benefits:
• Digital Purchase Receipt: digitalisation of receipts, both for purchases made in the physical shop and online.
• Points/Savings Programmes: when you accumulate 100 points, a €5 discount is automatically generated, which you can redeem on your purchase without having to reach a minimum amount. You will have up to 6 months to use up your discount.
• Rewards: allow access to goods or services on favourable terms.
• Promotions: exclusive gifts and benefits.
• Publications: news and updates according to your preferences.
• Raffles: participation in raffles for purchases with a wide range of prizes.
• Gift Vouchers: items that you can buy or even give as a gift to other users by means of a digital coupon with a personalised dedication.
• Gift Card: gift card programme that allows you to buy gift cards with several credits and send them to whomever you wish with a personalised dedication.
• Subscription Card: digital card to immediately return the credit of a refund.
All services are personalised and can be used by simply identifying yourself with the QR of the APP/Mobile Pass in the physical shop or by making a purchase with your online account, provided that you have previously registered.
The JL Club benefits programme has an omni-channel operation, so that the exclusive benefits and services can operate both in the physical shops and online.
2. BENEFITS PROGRAMME SUSCRIPTION
2.1 There are two ways to subscribe to the JL Club benefits programme:
2.1.1 Online (e-commerce):
A user registered in the online shop www.joseluisjoyerias.com can join the JL Club through the specific section.
The JL Club registration process is carried out by entering your mobile phone number, validating it with a code sent via message (SMS or WhatsApp) to the same number and, finally, creating a password. Acceptance of legal section will be part of this process. Upon completion, the e-commerce account will be associated to JL Club and you will be able to enjoy all the aforementioned benefits.
In addition, you will be assigned a personal and exclusive portfolio of services and benefits, which you can access at any time via the JL Club link on the website. If you are already a user, having previously registered in the APP, you will not need to make a new registration in the e-commerce, but simply log in with your mobile phone number and the password you entered when you registered in the JL Club APP.
2.1.2 In a physical shop:
You should download the JL Club APP from the official shops (Apple Store & Android Market). Registration is done by entering the mobile phone number, validating it with a code sent via message (SMS or WhatsApp) and creating a password. Acceptance of legal section will be part of this process. Thereafter, you will be able to identify yourself in the physical shops using the QR provided by the JL Club APP, as well as view and manage your personal portfolio of benefits. If you are already a registered user in the e-commerce, you will not need to register again in the APP. You can simply log in with the mobile phone number and password you created when you registered in JL Club in the e-commerce.
3. CONDITIONS
Any natural person of legal age or with authorisation of a parent or legal guardian, in the case of minors, can join the JL Club.
The benefits of the JL Club programme do not apply to purchases made in OUTLET shops. Nor can points be accumulated or redeemed on purchases made in these establishments.
In case of exchange and return, the item and its accessories shall be in perfect condition and show no alterations. No returns or exchanges shall be allowed on items from workshop, modified items or piercings. The refund shall be made under the same payment method used for the purchase, and the points shall be reimbursed to the user's account.
4. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform you of the following aspects with regard to the personal data you have provided us:
Data controller: Your data shall be processed by JOYERIAS JOSE LUIS, S.L with VAT number B15052277.
Purposes and legitimacy: The purpose of the processing of your data is the management of the JL loyalty club, i.e. to standardise commercial or other relations with the users of the loyalty club, to manage the discounts and promotions associated with the user and to build customer loyalty, as well as to send birthday greetings. The basis of legitimacy is the user's express consent.
Term: Your data shall be processed for the time strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the specific purpose(s) for which they were collected, until their use is no longer relevant or, in any case, until they are deleted in response to the exercise by their owner of the corresponding rights.
Addressees: Your data shall not be shared with third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.
Rights: If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation and/or portability or if you would like more information regarding the processing of your data, please send us an email to [email protected] attaching a copy of an identity document.

In order to create your personal account in the JOYERIAS JOSE LUIS, S.L benefits programme we have provided a customer page, APP and Mobile Pass so you can manage all the benefits and rewards offered, as well as access the purchase history and details about your orders and your membership status.
In order to offer a truly relevant and meaningful experience, we personalise content based on what we know about your interests and preferences. Personalisation is done by analysing and predicting aspects of your interests, preferences, behaviour, etc., using a combination of data from your previous purchase orders and data we obtain through the use of cookies and other tracking technologies.
The telephone number, which must be verified by the user, or other similar means, such as email, will be used to send push notifications, messages (SMS or WhatsApp), or newsletters to contact you.
5. CANCELACIÓN DE TU SUSCRIPCIÓN.
5.1 If you cancel your membership of the programme, any benefits held in your account shall be eliminated.
5.2 JOYERIAS JOSE LUIS, S.L may, at its sole discretion, cancel, alter, limit, suspend or modify at any time the JL Club Benefits Programme and/or these Terms and Conditions, in case of changes in applicable laws, changes in the services provided or the introduction of new services. Please read them carefully. You will be notified when the Terms and Conditions are updated.
5.3 Any substantiated abuse of the benefits programme, proven or reasonably assumed fraud, breach of the Terms and Conditions, inactivity of use, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of the programme or its holder may result in revocation of membership of the benefit programme and shall affect your eligibility for continued participation in the programme. If your membership is revoked, any benefits on your personal account shall be eliminated.
6. LIMITED LIABILITY
6.1 JOYERIAS JOSE LUIS, S.L shall make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the JL Club programme. In any event, it shall not be liable for system failures or malfunctions of the JL Club programme or their consequences such as loss or damage arising from suspension, variation, termination or any other event, related to JL Club, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
7.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or membership shall be resolved by the applicable courts in Spain unless otherwise provided by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
7.2 Any nullity that may affect some of these stipulations shall be of an individual nature and shall not affect the validity of the other contractual provisions. In that case, the ineffective or impracticable provision shall be replaced by a new effective or practicable provision.
