Terms and conditions of purchase

This legal notice and general terms and conditions of purchase regulate the use of the website   www.joseluisjoyerias.com (hereinafter ‘the website’), that is the property of JOYERÍA JOSE LUIS S.L. (hereinafter ‘the company’). JOYERIA JOSE LUIS, S.L. is a limited company with registered business address at Poligono de Bergondo. Parcela B-41 - Bergondo (A Coruña - Spain) and the email address [email protected]. It is holder of Spanish Tax ID number (CIF) B15052277 and is included in the Companies Register of A Coruña in Volume 298, Book 66, Companies Section 2, Sheet 146 and the Adaptation registered in Volume 2075, Sheet 106, Page No. C-5594, entry 4. In all cases, customer use of the online store service offered by JOSE LUIS JOYERIAS implies compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and customers are therefore recommended to read these General Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase.

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of any disputes, the parties shall agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of A Coruña, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled. The party that fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract shall be liable for any legal and non-legal costs arising from the action, including lawyers and solicitors’ fees, etc.    

RETAIL PRICES

All product prices listed are inclusive of VAT. The current rate of VAT stands at 21% for the European Union. All those companies registered in EU countries except Spain are exempt from this tax. VAT shall not be charged on sales made to any other country, although the corresponding duties and taxes shall be levied by the customs authorities in each country.  

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories and therefore purchases made by residents in these areas shall be exempt from VAT. However, the corresponding customs duties shall apply.  

In all cases, the final amount payable shall be shown on the final CHECK-OUT screen.  

Customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the item retail price or shipping costs, and are therefore payable by the recipient of the goods when they reach their destination.

The prices listed at www.joseluisjoyerias.com may be reviewed and modified at any time should the circumstances so require.

VALIDITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

These terms and conditions shall apply as long as they are published on the website and shall apply to the services purchased during the time said terms and conditions are included thereon.  

At all events, JOYERIA JOSE LUIS reserves the right to unilaterally modify said terms and conditions. This shall not affect those services acquired by users prior to the modification, except in those cases where the user has changed or modified the service acquired, in which case the terms and conditions applicable at the time of the change and/or modification shall apply. 

CUSTOMER DATA AND ENGAGEMENT

The Client declares to be over 18 (eighteen) years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. In this sense, JOSÉ LUIS JOYERIAS may verify, through the means it deems appropriate, compliance with the aforementioned requirement.
