Guarantees and customer service
The contractual guarantee provided is pursuant to Spanish Legislative Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16th November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. Jose Luis Joyerias shall take responsibility for any disconformities expressed within three years following delivery.
Our items are guaranteed for a period of three years from the date of purchase. If your item is defective, does not work or does not correspond to what was advertised, contact us to review what happened and resolve it.If you experience any difficulties with your product, we will send it to the manufacturer who will decide whether or not it is covered by the guarantee.
At all events, if the problem is not covered by the guarantee, we will do everything we can to help you and find a satisfactory solution for the problem. We are at your disposal before, during and after you make your purchase.
